Our journey began during the most challenging chapter of our lives. When the pandemic halted the world, the Juarez family looked within our kitchen to find a new path forward. What started as a small dream in Hayward became a vessel for our heritage, allowing us to share the soul of Jalisco with our neighbors when the community needed it most.
